A pleasant revolution in furnishing. New composites with the most different materials can be created to make pieces of furniture, fittings and structures architecturally lighter, more resistant, workable and easier to install, without changing anything in the appearance.
This is possible thanks to Eulithe®: the core to fit out! The pleasant revolution consists in the use of Eulihe® coupled with two thin MDF layers, thus allowing thus to work the panel obtained like this as if it was a standard hardboards. The use of screws, hooks, hinges etc. and surface finishing are unchanged if compared to the typical wood processing.
But, the weight is at least one third of the pieces of furniture traditionally made. For this application, Eulithe recommends to the use of standard Eulithe® with about 100-150 kg/mc density.
The choice of a specific density clearly depends so very much on the structural needs of the piece of furniture that has to be designed.
For some specific markets, for instance, pieces of furniture for communities, schools, hospitals, Eulithe recommends to the use of Eulithe® PIR adhered to aluminium sheets for the purpose of ensuring high safety levels against fire.
